| Our vision is of Black Country where everyone has the opportunity to experience captivating, inspiring and diverse performances in their community, regardless of their background, age or income. We support local people and venues to bring the best theatre, dance and cinema to communities across the Black Country. We provide subsidy, support, and training to ‘community promoters’ who lead on programming theatre and dance in libraries, community centres, and other spaces in areas where there are few opportunities to experience high-quality, low-cost touring shows. We are also a producing theatre company, creating new shows based on stories of Black Country life. Diversity, access, and inclusion are at the heart of all we do, and we create opportunities for underrepresented artists to make and present exciting new work. We are always on the lookout for new promoters, venues and partners, so please do get in touch! |
